Villa Citrus is a beautifully renovated, modern 116 sq.m. maisonette, set within a lush garden full of citrus trees, designed with meticulous attention to detail to offer maximum comfort and a memorable stay. The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies (front and back), a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting entrance hall.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a range of complimentary amenities, including WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, automatic electronic door lock, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, private parking for four vehicles, outdoor dining area, children’s playground and outdoor games.
The maisonette comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, with additional space for two infants or children up to 4 years old, making it the perfect choice for families or friends looking to enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience.

Η αμμώδης παραλία Αλωνάκι με κρυστάλλινα νερά είναι στα 3,4 χλμ. Η δημοφιλής παραλία Μονολίθι απέχει 5 χλμ. Το αεροδρόμιο Aktio (Πρέβεζα) απέχει 7 χλμ., ενώ το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο της Νικόπολης απέχει 3,7 χλμ. Το bowling είναι μόλις στα 200 μ.
Η πρόσβαση στο Villa Citrus είναι πολύ εύκολη καθώς η είσοδό της βρίσκεται πάνω σε κεντρική οδό και μπορείτε να φθάσετε είτε με το αυτοκίνητό σας είτε με ταξί ή να νοικιάσετε αυτοκίνητο στο χώρο του αεροδρομίου ή της γύρω περιοχής.

The sandy Alonaki Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is only 3.4 km away, while the popular Monolithi Beach is 5 km from the property. Aktio Airport (Preveza) is 7 km away, the Archaeological Museum of Nicopolis is 3.7 km away, and the bowling alley is just 200 meters from the house.
Access to Villa Citrus is very convenient, as its entrance is located on a main road. Guests can reach the property by car, taxi, or by renting a vehicle at the airport or in the surrounding area, ensuring easy and comfortable transportation throughout their stay.
